What is my Wishlist?

While browsing Eire Made, you will likely find many items of interest, but don't have the ability to buy right now. Adding an item to your Wishlist lets you easily find it again later. You can add an item to your Wishlist using the heart button on any item page. To find your Wishlist, click the heart icon beside the cart in top right hand corner when you sign in again.

What are Favourite Sellers?

You can add any Eire Made shop to your Favourite Seller list. This list gives you an easy way to get back to and start shopping with your favourite sellers. You can add a shop to your Favorite Sellers list using the Add to Favourite Sellers button on any item or shop view page.

How do I report an item?

If you find an item that you believe is miscategorised, prohibited or is not Irish made, you can use the Report This Item to Eire Made link found on the middle of the item page beneath the Add to Cart. You may also simply email us via support@eiremade.com with a link to the item. You will need to be logged in to an Eire Made account to report an item.

How do I leave feedback?

If you have purchased an item while logged into your Buyer or Seller account and would like to leave feedback for your order, please log in to your account and visit the My Purchases page. This page gives you a list of any completed orders that you haven't left feedback for yet, and provide the option to leave a rating/comment. 
If you are a seller and wish to leave one of your buyers a feedback comment, please log in to your account visit the My Recent Orders page. Navigate to the order you wish to leave feedback for and click the Leave Comment link to leave a note for your buyer.

What is Eire Made?

Eire Made is an online marketplace and community that brings together buyers and sellers of artistic goods. We currently provide a home for handmade, vintage, and upcycled goods, traditional craft supplies and maker made media. Eire Made was built as an Irish marketplace for artisans to celebrate the unique individuality of artists and crafters around Ireland. Eire Made is the complete e-commerce solution for all Irish artists looking to sell their wares online.

How is account subscription billed?

    

I don’t remember my password.

On the login page, enter your email address and click Forgot Password? beneath the password box, a new link will be sent to you via email to reset and be able to log in.

Can I change my information?

Yes, it is a good idea to keep all information up to date. Login to Eire Made, click My Account in top right corner, click edit profile and you can edit all information except for store name as this is registered to you.

Where can I find my shop URL?

You can use mystorename.eiremade.com

How do I set up my bio?

Public profiles are very important because they help buyers and other artisans get to know you. Eire Made is working to build a community, and a community is made up of many diverse and fascinating individuals. We want to know about you!
To set up your shop bio, please navigate to your My Account in top right corner when logged in, click edit profile and edit the My Bio box. All members should also upload an image for their Profile Pic. (Your bio pic does not necessarily have to be an image of yourself, though buyers do like connecting to the artist.)
You can also fill in links to other places you want people to be able to find you online. Click save and this will be visible to everyone visiting your store.

Can I have more than 1 store?

Yes, you can. Each member is allowed one free basic account to sell one item. Members may have as many seller accounts as they wish.

What if you don’t have a category for my product?

Please email support@eiremade.com if we don’t have a suitable category for your product, tell us what you require and we will add it for you.

I signed up as a shopper and would now like to be a seller. How do I do this?

If you created a shopper account when you first signed up, you can become a seller by clicking the SELL link in top right corner. Select Vendor Registration. This will walk you through our seller registration process. Once upgraded, and you have selected the desired package, you will be able to list items and customize your shop.  

What am I allowed to sell on Eire Made?

You can sell a variety of creations and craft supplies on the Eire Made website. 

There are prohibited items on our website. Please see below for our PROHIBITED ITEMS list:

  • Firearms
  • Explosives
  • Dangerous Chemicals
  • Stolen Items
  • Fireworks
  • Adult material, erotica, or pornography inclusive of any material unsuitable for children under the age of 18.
  • Drugs
  • Alcohol
  • Tobacco
  • Mass produced electronics
  • Protected antiquities
  • Real estate
  • Ivory or animal products from endangered species collected illegally
  • Motor vehicles, or parts for motor vehicles or recreational vehicles
  • Any item or service that violates Irish law in regard to manufacturing, distributing, advertising, or transporting said item.
  • Items not in your possession or items you don't intend to deliver.
  • Illegal, counterfeit or contraband items of any sort.
  • Items, materials or products which are copyrighted, trademarked or patented by another party.
  • Pirated materials.
  • Replica items, including designer items.
  • Personal data or information.
  • Items or products that carry or transmit hidden code or signals with the intention of causing harm or tracking personal or transactional information of any sort.
  • Misrepresented items or products.
  • Harmful, harassing, intimidating or defamatory materials, products or items.
  • Hazardous materials, products, or items.
  • Prostitution or other similar services.
  • Any product or service that eiremade.com determines to be inappropriate, harmful, fraudulent, or illegal.
  • Mature items intended for adults due to language or imagery that falls outside of the traditional acceptable standards for broadcast television.

How do I cancel my account?
